What are everyone's views on the auto CAD pipeline? Typically we see sketch > photoshop > CAD workup in Alias > Visualisation in Alias / Showcase and possibly through to clay... then surfacing/tooling in CATIA.

Would love to know everyone's thoughts on this. Especially new workflows or effective, lower-cost alternatives. For example, this is great for Tier 1 - but what about smaller suppliers or bespoke car firms?

We tend to do everything in Alias then output using Bunkspeed Hyperdrive/Hypershot and do any touching up in Photoshop.
